TUNNEL CITY, Wis. — A driver trapped in his wrecked pickup truck was extricated by first-responders and rushed to a hospital. The accident was was on State Highway 21 near County Highway E about 6:30 a.m. The truck veered off the road and hit a tree. Deputies blamed the driver’s medical condition. State Highway 21, a thoroughfare connecting Bangor, Sparta and Necedah, was closed about an hour.
