ELGIN, Minn. – A Plainview woman, Karen Diane Peters, 71, lost control of her car, heading south on Highway 42, toward Eyota, and overturned in the ditch. She was taken to a hospital with injuries initially assessed as not serious. The accident happened about 3:10 p.m. Deputies said the road was dry. She was driving a 2015 Nissan.
