DRESBACH, Minn. – A Dresbach man told sheriff’s deputies that multiple drones had been flying over his house. At one point, he said, there were five – one only 15 to 2 feet up. There were no drones when deputies arrived from Winona. The man said he had no idea where the drones came from.The man lives less than a mile from the Interstate 90 bridge across the Mississippi River , which is essential to east-west transcontinental commerce, and also from Lock and Dam 7, which is essential to flood control and north-south river commerce.
