DRESBACH, Minn. — When a deputy approached Brad William Underhill at Dixon Way and Oak Hill Road, it was serve an outstanding warrant. Then the deputy discovered half a gram of a substance that field-tested for methamphetamine. There also was a broken meth pipe. Underhill, age 43, of LaCrescent, was arrested for drug and paraphernalia possession. The arrest was about 8 p.m.
