WINONA, Minn. – A Winona driver was stopped by a deputy for a whole bunch of arrest warrants. Then the problems for Lonnie Edward Johnson, 41, started compounding When Johnson was being booked, a jailer found two baggies – one with 1.24 grams of meth and one with 2.4 grams of heroin. The jailer also found a hypodermic needle. In all, Johnson faces six new drug and drug paraphernalia charges. Including the outstanding warrants, Johnson will be talking with a judge about 19 issues, spanning a wide range of charges. These include car theft, drugs, burglary and property damage.
