UTICA, Minn. — A Utica woman, Nicole Suzann Woxland, 28, was arrested after being pulled over near the railroad tracks on Center Street. Deputies referred the case to the county prosecutor as drunken driving. A breath test measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.10 percent, deputies said. The arrest was about 12:45 a.m.
