ELKTON, Md. — Elizabeth “Liz” (Ramsden) Susie, 87, a graduate of Cathedral High School in Winona and from University of Minnesota, died peacefully. She taught English at Elkton High School for 21 years with a special enthusiasm for Shakespeare. She was a one-time winner on the television quiz show “Jeopardy.”
