CALEDONIA, Minn. — A former Winona Couny jail deputy, Nathan Miller Dobbelmann, was sentenced to 60 days for interferring with a 911 emergency call. The charge related to a domestic disturbance in the LaCrescent area. The sentence will be at Houston County jail.
