WINONA, Minn. – A former Winona County jailer, Nathan Miller Dobbelmann, was placed on probation after pleading guilty to distributing obscene material. Under the screen name, “hottestsingleman,” Dobbelmann met a girl whom, after him she was 15 years old, he proposed getting together for sex. He sent her four sexually explicit photos via e-mail in July 2007, the prosecution said.
