WASHINGTON – It’s déjà vu for Minnesota’s former U.S. attorney Andrew Luger. He served during the  Obama years and now has been nominated back to the job by President Biden. Luger had served held the position 2014 to 2017. The new nomination is subject to Senate approval. Luger also previously worked as a federal prosecutor in Minnesota and New York.
