STEWARTVILLE, Minn. – Because of weather, the state Transportation Department has delayed repairs at the I-90 exit to the Rochester airport for a week. The nighttime detour will begin March 29 for three nights. The repairs involve I-90 ramps to the Highway 63 commuter connection between Stewartville and Rochester.
