VICTORIA, Minn. – Crucial pieces of a single-engine plane apparently fell off in flight before it crashed Saturday in a Victoria neighborhood, killing three people on board, according to a federal aviation investigator. Mike Folkerts, of the National Transportation Safety Board, said parts from the tail section were found away from the rest of the wreckage. The parts must have fallen fell off in flight, he said.
