MONDOVI, Wis. – A dozen people were evacuated from a West Main Street neighborhood in the early afternoon after a bomb threat at a house. Traffic was diverted from transcontinental U.S. Highway 10, which doubles as Main Street. Police called in the Dane County bomb squad from Madison and the Buffalo County sheriff from Alma. Police Chief Colin Severson said no explosives were found in the house or nearby. The evacuation, he said, was precautionary. Who made the threat?
