WINONA, Minn. — A Winona woman remained in jail awaiting an extradition request from Wisconsin for a stabbing in Trempealeau. Arieanna Emone Martin, 18, was arrested on identification and information from Wisconsin authorities. Winona police received the request to locate Martin about 7:50 a.m. and made the arrest 1-1/2 hours later at a residence in the 400 block of East Third Street. This is near the Watkins household supplies plant. The arrest was without resistance. Extradition would be to the Trempealeau County jail 40 miles away in Whitehall.
