ROCHESTER, Minn. – Perhaps anticipating a cold winter, a burglar broke into a Rochester apartment and stole two winter coats. Not just any coats, though. They were upper-end Canada Gooses valued at $2,200. So was it a style-minded burglar? The tenants said they returned home around 9:30 p.m., in the 1200 block of 17th Avenue Northwest, and discovered the front door had been forced open. Anything missing besides the Canada Gooses? Didn’t seem so.
