WASHINGTION – The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration confirmed a death that occurred at the Ashley furniture factory in Arcadia. Pending its investigation the agency offered no details on what happened. The agency said only that Ashley had reported the fatality within eight hours as required by federal law. Ashley, meanwhile, said it was “currently reviewing this tragic incident with the appropriate parties.”
