A Westby, Wisconsin, man, Samuel Von Lee Jett, 19, was arrested after a fight with a woman in the Menards parking lot in the Far East End shopping district. The woman said she was choked and hit and her hair oiled. The incident was about 6 p.m. The man and the woman both left the area before plice arriived. Jett was arrested in another part of town later in the day.
