RUSHFORD. Minn. –- A Rochester man died when he lost control of his motorcycle and went into a ditch on State Highway 30 west of Rushford. Dead when first responders arrived was Noel Alan Luedtke, 81. He was not wearing a helmet, deputies said. Luedtke was eastbound toward Rushford about 7-1/2 miles from town.
