WINONA Minn. – The fire-damaged Anova outdoor furniture factory may be operating again within three weeks, at least partially, said chief executive Eric Gilbert. In the meantime, most of the plant’s 70 employees are on paid leave covered by the company’s insurance carrier, Gilbert said. He acknowledged a variable to restarting production could be an engineering evaluation of structural stability. Of the factory’s five buildings, only one suffered fire damage, but the structures are interconnected.
