WINONA, Minn. – Five Winona businesses have signed up to defy limits by Governor Tim Walz on their hours and services, the Re-Open Minnesota Coalition said. The message: We’re open for business. Only three listed themselves. A fourth establishment asked not to be listed publicly. A fifth identified itself obscurely as “independent stylist.” The list:
> Black Horse, a bar and grill, 34648 Old Homer Road.
>Tavern 129, a bar and grill, 129 W 3rd Street.
> ChinUp Fitness, a gym, 513 West Fifth Street.
