CLAREMONT, Calif. – Ursula Lucille Barrett (nee Barankiewicz), 89, who grew up in Winna, died peacefully of the CoVid virus. She left Winona to become a Navy WAVE in World War II. She was stationed in San Diego. She held an accounting degree. She worked at the Fine Arts gallery in Balboa Park. She finally retired from the University of California San Diego.
