MADISON, Wis. — Governor Tony Evers ordered flags to half-staff in honor of Fire Chief Donald Edwin Kittelson, who died after contracting COVID in the line of duty. Fellow Clayton volunteer firefighters flooded the western Wisconsin town with signs and organized a fire truck procession for Saturday with neighboring Polk County and other fire departments participating. Flags will be half-staff also on Saturday.
