WINONA, Minn. – More than 8,000 people showed up for free flu inoculations at the Winona hospital and special events in October. The hospital’s executive officer, Rachelle Schultz, believes it was a record number. She said that more state-funded inoculations remain available at the hospital’s Parkview Office building. Schultz said the hospital is identifying targeted populations that still need protection.
