WINONA, Minn. – The good news, however grim, is that no new coronavirus deaths were reported in Winona County. The total for the pandemic remained at 19. The continuing bad news: 26 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed by the Minnesota Department of Health — the same as the previous day. With the 26 new cases, the county’s pandemic total rose to 1,433 cases.
