LEWISTON, Minn. – An April tradition in Lewiston, the Fools Five foot race, cancelled the past two Aprils because of the Covid pandemic, will return in October. Organizer Dan Goss said the 43rd staging of the one-mile and eight-kilometer races will be Sunday, October 17. The events, plus an auction the day before, is the longest-running race to raise money for cancer research in Minnesota.
