WARRENS, Wis. – A four-vehicle pile-up between Warrens and Tomah seriously injured a 29-year-old man in one of the vehicles and injured a passenger. The couple, from Indianapolis, were taken to the Tomah hospital. The State Patrol said that a minivan was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 when it struck an eastbound car. The chain-reaction also involved a sport utility vehicle and a truck hauling heavy equipment. The truck overturned. The driver of the minivan, a 41-year-old woman from Waunakee, and the driver of the truck, a 24-year-old from South Haven, Minnesota, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. They were transported to hospitals in Tomah and Black River Falls.
