WINONA, Minn. – A Winterfest community event including stand-Minnesota up magician Derek Hughes has been arranged for Friday, December 3, at Kryzsko Commons at Winona State University. Campus activities director George Micalone said the community is welcome free. Events include cookie decorating and photo snow globe-making. Events run 5 to 7 p.m. Gently used winter caps and gloves are requested for charity.
