WINONA, Minn. – The Ríos Spanish Immersion program in Winona Schools has added a second kindergarten section for fall. A record 38 applications were received plus two more after the application window closed, said Principal Maggie Maine at Jefferson School. The previous record was 30. Spots remain open, Maine said.
