WINONA, Minn. – A woman slapped graffiti on one of the old school buildings, now converted to apartments, in the 200 block of West Broadway Street. A maintenance worker saw it happening and called police. The woman was gone when police arrived, but they recognized her from surveillance video and began looking for her.
