BLUE EARTH, Minn. – A driver pulled into an Interstate 90 rest stop, opened his door and stepped out – while the car was still in motion. The car rammed into a wooded area. The man, Glenn Abbott, 57, of Rochester, was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. How did this happen? State Police said was alcohol was involved.
