ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man, Octavio Nique, 32, pleaded guilty to felony animal abuse in a case in July that began as a domestic police call. Responding officers found pit bull floating in a four-foot deep above-ground swimming pool. There was also extensive damage inside the house. Other charges against Nique include second-degree burglary.
