ALTURA, Minn. – Otto Frederick Meisch, 85, of Altura, who worked for a time at the Dodge dealership in Winona and who owned a Standard Oil service station, also in Winona. died at Cottagewood nursing home in Rochester from the COVID virus. Most of his life he farmed near Altura. He enjoyed running his Harley Davidson on hill climbs at Whitewater. In retirement, with his dog Pluto he rode along on Jack Neumann’s liquor delivery route.
