WINONA, Minn. – A single gunshot was reported to police from the 550 residential block of East Sanborn Street about 5:30 p.m. Officers chatted with people in the neighborhood, many of whom had heard the blast but chalked it up to somebody’s early start with Independence Day fireworks.
