WINONA, Minn. – Police busted two Winona men Thursday afternoon after an illegal gun and drugs were found when they were stopped on the West End. Dylan John Michael Distad, 26, had a firearm, a silver 9mm TriStar, for which he lacked papers, police said. During the stop, police said, Distad discarded a glass pipe with methamphetamine particles. Stopped too was Roberto Catarino Reyes, 24. Reyes was cited for violating a probation requirement that he not associate with anyone with a controlled substance. The arrests were on the 300 block of South Baker Street.
