TROY, Minn. – Fire destroyed a barn stocked full of hay on Sinclair Road between Troy and St. Charles in extreme southwest Winona County. There were no injuries, deputies said. Nor were any livestock in the barn. The fire was blamed tentatively on an electrical problem. The fire was in the 28000 block.
