RIVER FALLS, Wis. – An Afton, Minnesota, man was killed when he crossed the center line into an coming car. Ryan Murphy, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, Susan Piece, 61, of River Falls, was taken to a Minnesota hospital with undetermined injuries. The Sheriff’s Office reported receiving multiple reports of a 2016 Dodge Challenger driving erratically in the area where the accident occurred, on County Road F near County Road M.
