WINONA, Minn. –Fourteen Sauer nursing home residents who did not test positive for COVID-19 were moved to Lake Winona Manor as part of the prevention plans. Rachelle Schutz, whose Winona Health operates Lake Winona Manor, said the Sauer residents would remain at the 125-bed manor until the Sauer facility was safe again. Lake Winona Manor has had no COVID-19 cases.
