WINONA, Minn. – Two Winona men were proclaimed heroes for saving a man who collapsed with a heart attack. Kyle Brown and Brad Piper resuscitated the man in June and called 911. Now they’ve been issued certificates by the Fire Department and the Ambulance Service for their quick-thinking.
