BARABOO, Wis. — Bail was set at $15,000 for a Wisconsin Dells man facing his 12th for drunken-driving charge. Water Decorah, 51, was returned to a cell after the bail was set by Judge Patricia Barrett in Sauk County Circuit Court. Decorah had been found asleep behind the steering wheel at a stop sign.
