ROCHESTER, Minn. – Construction workers discovered many of their tools missing when they showed up at Hyatt House site in downtown Rochester. The theft apparently occurred over the holiday weekend. Police said the thieves had been forced a door open at the site, at 110 Civic Center Drive Northwest. Stolen were about 100 tools that belonged to workers of three contractors. The loss was pegged at $27,000.
