CALEDONIA, Minn. — Houston County recorded three new COVID deaths and 15 new cases, according to the State Health Department. The three deaths included a person between 80 and 84 , a person between 85 and 89, and a person between 90 and 94. The county’s totals are now 1,058 cases with nine deaths.
