DRESBACH, Minn. – A Dakota man, John Vining Wilson, 40, was arrested and referred for third-degree driving under the influence and failing to stop for an accident. Police said Wilson struck a plow truck on Highway 61 about 8:20 p.m. and just kept driving.
Wilson. Two counts of drunken-driving, two counts of failing to stop for a traffic collision, one count of criminal vehicular operation.
