ST. CHARLES, Minn. — A 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted, prompting a dragnet for a man driving a small dark sedan, Sheriff Ron Ganrude reported. The assault was outside of town, Ganrude said. He offered these details based on interviewing the girl: The assailant was clean-shaven with brownish skin, no visible tattoos, about six feet, muscular and heavy set with medium length straight, dark hair. He wore dark-frame glasses. His car had a leather interior. Possibly he also has a red pick-up. He used social media to connect with the victim.
