ARKANSAW, Wis. – A hunter was airlifted out of a remote area off St. Moritz Road after his all-terrain vehicle lost its brakes and rolled into a deep ravine. Michael Hollister of Eau Galle was listed in serious condition at a Rochester hospital. Hollister was attempting to retrieve a deer when the accident happened. Because of the rough Pepin County terrain, rescuers had a hard time locating him. Not until after dark was he rescued.
