WINONA, Minn. — A woman sitting on a screened porch was grazed in the arm after a group of duck hunters discharged their firearms near marshy Boller’s Lake on the Far West End. Police blamed a ricochet. The woman was not hospitalized. The incident was about 9 a.m.
