LACROSSE, Wis. – A judge ordered a suburban Shelby man held in the gruesome and violent death his wife at their house. Bail was set a $1 million for Zachary W. William Fritz, 39. Judge Scott Horne, who set the bail, called the crime “extremely serious.” Meanwhile, the county attorney was drafting criminal charges. Fritz was arrested in the house after a 911 call.
