ALBERT LEA, Minn. — A State Patrol sniffer dog found a load of fentanyl pills — 50,000 of them — in a traffic stop on Interstate 90. With a street value ranging from 50 cents to $5 each, the load could have retailed for $250,000. The State Patrol announced the arrest in a news release but offered few details. A roadside Patrol photo showed the pills packaged neatly in 10 see-through plastic tubes and ready to sell to dealers.
