- PAUL, Minn. – The state took legal action against three restaurants for violating the latest COVID-19 executive order. Targeted by Attorney General Keith Ellison:
> East Grand Forks: Boardwalk Bar and Grill.
> Lynd: Havens Garden.
> Nisswa: Iron Waffle.
All were in violation of Governor Tim Walz’ four-week pause on in-person dining. Ellison either filed cease and desist orders or obtained court restraining orders. Violation can lead to license revocation and a $9,500 fine.
