WINONA, Minn. – Project FINE, which focuses on immigrant adjustment, received $55,000 from the Bremer Foundation for educational programs and other assistance for new Americans in Winona County. Fatima Said, executive director, said the grant will go toward community engagement, advancing equity, and staff development.
