AUSTIN, Minn. – A Nebraska woman escaped jail time in a sentencing hearing. Cassandra Lynn Nelson, 32 of Omaha, was placed on probation for two years. She fired a .38 caliber revolver during an argument at a home in the 600 block of 14th Street Northeast in Austin in March. The issue, police said, was money.
